Second one from the H. Channel lately, must be fish that escaped from the barra farm during the cyclone. Can't imagine too many wild fish surviving the fingerling stage when they look brighter than a fluoro hardbody.
Speaking of which, does anyone still use the old orange, pink and yellow "fluoros"?

I guess you are refering to the nilsmaster range? If so yes. I love them especially the orange flouro at night. Smashes fish in clear fresh water.
Good during daytime in cloudy water as well. The stalwart is a favourite in those colours for big threadies. I guess it could look like a juvinile threadie and they are all canabilistic.

they picup a few that I have heard of up that way aswell as blue eyed barra they have escaped from the barra farm in con creek south of cardwell from what I've been told
