LURE STORAGE

Post by G-LOOMIS »

With it raining a tad, thinking its a good time for a bit of lure prep.... So what is the preferred storage methods, I mean are people sorting lures in depths or brands, in trays or the old school tackle boxes, I started sorting fishing shed today and have come too realise I have a few lures, my wife would say too many... Let's see what people's preferred options are.

Put your big soft plastics and B52s in a box and label it "runoff". Then get your KO Tailbaitz and put them in a box labelled "Dry Season". One more for metal slugs. Then put all your other lures in a big "don't need or use" pile :P

nice one!

i must say, for someone as OCD as me, there is no pattern in the hard bodies, i mix them all up for those times i need to keep the gear down on a mates boat. As for the Pushers, well then my twitch kicks in.

All mine stored in trays, hooks tied back for easy removal, box of thin elastic hair ties ready to secure them after use and a wash.
