I remember that weekend you organised a heap of FFF'ers to take kids out for the day. any thoughts of doing another? i imagine it was a nightmare to arrange?

maybe someone (AFANT :D ) could arrange another one sometime?

That's a top idea! We need to get another one going! So many kids now days fish and their parents don't.
It has always been my private conviction that any man who pits his intelligence against a fish and loses has it coming.

Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.

“Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime”

"Soon after I embraced the sport of angling I became convinced that I should never be able to enjoy it if I had to rely on the cooperation of the fish."

Yes Mark and JQ it was a great effort by Graham and his missus.
But a nightmare to organize , maybe one of the fishing clubs could
get involved (hint) .

Great stuff Nomad, good to see a young feller with a nice fish.

Hope the boats going well

Sounds like a great idea for another kids day out, so who's doing it?

:-)
If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!

Especially when you can see them!

You're right Jeff. Way too much work to organize for individuals. Thats why i mentioned afant over a club. Surely they could do it and get kids involved
