Bucks day

Post by jonr »

Phil decided to have a bucks day out fishing rather than a bucks nite. We set out with a plan to try and put some souther visitors on to some territory fish and tick 4 big species off the bucket list. Well, what a day it was. Bagged out on Goldie's before sunrise. Then Phil Kuebler managed, on the week of this 30th and wedding to get 3 PB's - his biggest jew fish, mac and trevally.

It was super rough on the why home and we did about 80km for the day but it was a good one. Really enjoyed casting big poppers and skip baits over the reef drop offs in crystal clear water and seeing them get smashed.
