Methinks it's going to be a busy Easter down the Daly!

I will be there, but I will most likely head up stream of the crossing most of the time.
Maybe a night or 2 down stream

Unfortunate timing, the river was settling down and getting that green tinged clean water that is great for lure fishing. The dirty lump of flood water that is pouring down the river at present is less than optimal conditions.
Any one with an understanding of the ecology/biology of the fishery will know what the result of this flood event will mean.
At least navigation will be easy for the Easter holiday.

Just went over the main bridge.
Water looked a foot under the 10m mark.
It costs nothing to smile.

Compain just got back from there. Had a good chat to him.. All 50 fish caught on soft plastics in creek mouths. Three over the metre.
River rose 2m whilst he was fishing.
