Powered with a 200hp Mercury Supercharged 4 stroke it has plenty of power to get up moving. My theory was I have 1 day a week off so I want to get to the spot fast. I had this motor fitted new just over 6mths ago so has over 4 years warranty with mercury left. It has had the 20 hour service done. Engine has only done 46 hours from new. Is fitten with the smartcraft vessel view lcd screen.
The big bonus with this boat is its versatility. It is super stable at rest but amazingly agile. You can crab the shallowest creeks as it has a very shallow draft and fish anywhere off shore you like as it is built for the ugliest water the southern ocean of NZ can throw at it. It is also a very capable ski boat and pulls a couple skiers and tubes with ease and at insane speeds if your heart can take it.
The layout is fantastic with storage everywhere. You have a large under floor hatch, 2 pontoon hatches up front, Storage under both seats, two big hatches in the console and also big area under the transom.
The side pockets run the full lenght of the boat and are great for storing all your tackle and rods. There is a large kill/Live bait tank in the rear step as well.
