Anyone know a good freight company under 4K to transport a boat to DWN???

Try ceva transport only charged me 1700 fo a 4x4 from Melbourne to darwin i think they do boats

hahahaha good joke, boat from sydney to darwin under 4 grand, i just got a quotes in August from $7000 to $14000 for a 6.2 on a trailer, decided to buy a boat in brisbane instead, transport cost way less, boat didnt arrive in exactly prime condition tho, yard blamed the trucking company and visa versa

Fly down Hire a light truck or Thrifty 4x4 with towbar and pay relocating fee for leaving it up here would still be cheaper than $4000-5000 . Will take five days but. Road Trip..........

Try this guy. I got mine up here cheap. Great bloke and very professional craig 0427 908 174. Also bains transport are good. Go in and see him in pinelands and he will do a good price for you. Boat arrived in great nick from Newcastle

How big is the boat?
I'm in Newcastle (an hour north of sydney).

If you can't get it cheaper than the $4k you have been quoted, I'll tow it up for you, for $3k.
Done the drive before.

Mate I am getting my new boat freighted to Darwin as we speak from Tweed Heads and that was about $2200. I can pass the number onto if you like after it gets here and let you know if I have had any problems with them. I didn't sort it out though, the boat shop did all that for me.
