More shady fish

Post by Wrighty »

Gday all,

Pics were taken over 3 trips.....

Epic fishing! 4 over metre, 20 in 90's (including 2x 99's and 4x 98's), 20 in 80's, 20 between 60 &80.

Mrs got her first metery at 102, and a couple mates got new PB's with a 99 and 98.

Bring on more rain!

Nice one mate. Saw you out there a couple of times. I was in the green Alleycraft. Saw you mob at the Bark Hut as well. What happened to filling in the trench on your block on the Friday? Haha! You have trailer dramas on the way home? You looked to be nursing the boat home.

Cheers all.
Scottmac - haha yeah bark hut turned from "a quick beer and a feed" to "better not drive home with the sun in our eyes" to "alright lets get a room and go again tomorrow" haha....
Yep, did a bearing on leaving the barrage so chained up the axle and sat on 60-70 all the way home. Only 6 months old so wasn't real impressed. Just changed out all 4, was lucky because found water in all of them. Bearing buddy O-rings looked like they had been pinched when originally installed so back to normal caps for me. Just keep one buddy at home to pump some grease into them every couple of trips.
Looks like you've been going well out there mate, congrats on the WHALE!

Slug - My memory is bl..dy useless mate, especially after a few frothies on the water but I know on one trip we got 3 metery's, 12 in 90's, 11 in 80's because my mate wrote them all down on his phone. So to be honest 20 of each is probably underestimating it a touch but close enough for me
