I have been to that area quite a few times over last 15years, in fact had my best session ever there 150+ legal barra a day each for 4 days running, 10 fish whilst waiting for kettle to boil 1st thing every day was a great start, was bl..dy hard work on last day when we were bringing a feed home as they turned off totally and didnt get our quota lol.
last 2 trips were cr.p, in fact last trip a couple of years ago my mate said if he had another trip that bad he wouĺd leave boat on trailer at sth alligator boat ramp and drive home without it.
That trip had 1 barra around 70 in 1st 30min of 6 day trip, end of day 3 we said should leave 1st thing in morning, same thing end of day 4 & 5 , morning of day 6 we said what were we thinking? Didnt take any beer home though!!
