Flat top banks

Post by barnzy »

Looking at heading out to flat top banks on Sunday for a night or two depending on the weather. Is anyone else heading out that way for pre Xmas bash? Looks like weather is dropping out a little. Only got the one boat at this stage always good knowing someone else is there if it all goes to poop....... Cheers

Yer it's a bit of gamble but there hasn't been much storm action compaired to other years. Knowing my luck it will storm for 2 days starting Sunday........ The back up plan is just head to the Perons,

Good sort of a cell belting out there again now as you predicted Pete. Would be great sitting ther watching it bare down on you in the dark , running through the options in your head when really there is only one thing you can do. For me it's just not worth the worry this time of year for a few fish (any amount of fish) but still they go.
Plus if I get another one out there there is a boat going cheap which would be a shame with new engines at less than 1 hour. Have a happy and safe Christmas Pete.
