Asply straight
Hi all, I was planning a trip to flat top banks for an over nighter leaving tomorrow morning, but with the storms I see hanging out there this morning I'm looking at a different game plan. I was thinking of shooting over to Ashley straight and going right up to the north side so I if the weather does turn bad I will shelter. My question is with these big tides will there be to much run to fish? I could only imagine how much it would rip through there. Any info or suggestions would be great cheers, other wise it's looking like Peron islands again.

Re: Asply straight
Apsley straight pumps but if you can get further north out of the straight it's fishable. If the weather is remotely bad though it is shitt up the top there as it is exposed to North Westerlys. On a plus side the fishing in the creeks can be ok as a second choice.
