Re: Cop that!
They were all lined up at IOM for a while. About time they got some decent gear to do their jobs.
(I'll probably regret saying that if i get busted for something)

Re: Cop that!
We saw "Maningrida" out on the harbour Saturday night, the kids were impressed as they pulled up close and slow, it was almost disappointing that they didn't come over for a safety check, i probably would have asked for a look over their new boat...

Re: Cop that!
we got inspected by the Nhulunbuy a few weeks ago up at Garden point. they were trying to get 20 hr on all the boats so they could get their first service before heading out to where they will be based. good to see them out and about and in some decent gear

Re: Cop that!
Two of them cruised up Meckitts on Friday while we were flicking snags, cruised over, asked us if we had any pots out and had we seen any other boats, wished us a good day and moved on.
I used to have a handle on life.......then it broke.

Re: Cop that!
yeah a good addition to the northern Territory waterways ...
The $2.7 million fleet will include eight new 6.9m Stabicraft Super Cab vessels and one 11.3m Naiad vessel.
The larger boat will stay in Darwin with the other eight being deployed to Wadeye, Pirlingimpi, Maningrida, Galiwinku, Nhulunbuy, Alyangula, Borroloola and Ngukurr.

Now have to figure out a way to utilise the boat for my fishing adventures
We can call it underwater rock & Species surveys lol
