Trim tab sizing

Hi all, im going to put some trim tabs on my 5.6 (now 6.1) barcrusher. I like the lenco and can get a good price on them. I'm just wondering if anyone has fit them on there bar crusher, I'm tossing up between the 9x9 or the 12x12. Is the rule the bigger the better?

I've got a 610 crusher with " Lectrotab " there 9x12 and I find them just right for this size boat.
