Is the going rate for 80pound 60 inch ipilot around $2500? ive just been quoted 3050 for standard ipilot and 3700 odd for the one with hummin bird link

Yeah 2550 is around the mark, I believe the link cable between the motor and humminbird is $300-$400ish.

Quality Marine have a deal on until tomorrow from memory, might be a few dollars cheaper.

i have gs 550 xtreme how do you determine what is the correct shaft length ie 54 60 inch or any one with what lenght have hey got?

get the longest shaft available. when you are in a bit of chop, the shorter ones cavitate a bit

Mate has a 80lb long shaft on his 7m half cab boat we tied up to his boat with my half cab and he could
Easily move in light 5-10klm head wind no problem.wish I had fitted one as alternative to anchor winch.
