Smokin beef ribs

Post by matty »

I've been playing aound with my new smoker recently. I smoked these beef ribs last weekend. Marinated them overnight in red wine, worcestershire sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Sprayed them with olive oil and then coated them in my own secret herbs and spices  put them in a tray with a bit of the marinade and smoked them until the meat pulled away from the bone (about 45 minutes in a small Jarvis Walker stainless smoker) Beautiful :chef2:

Google BRITU and see what it turns up!

I did some work in Adelaide earlier this year and one of my work mates made the BRITU, he prepared them the night before and stacked them into a hood BBQ first thing in the morning and by lunchtime they were done, pity we couldn't have chugged a few beers :drinking1: and a bottle of red :drinking3: .

Best Ribs In The Universe without a doubt, never had anything like it.
