Hi all. I would like to get into tagging fish here in the NT but am having trouble tracking down who to contact with regards to getting started. Would anyone know who to contact and what I need to do to get tags?

I would either suggest Fisheries or AFANT

Good Luck Mate,
I submitted a tag from a recaptured fish twice and never heard a thing back from it

Yeh it seems crazy that Qld has such a proactive tagging club and we in the NT have bugger all. You would think with the amount of people that fish here it would be so easy for the Government to set up tagging club then they would have any amount of goldies barra and any other fish they want tagged and released.
