Well i Don't knw what happened but i'm sure he fudged the count somewhere.. he alleges he caught 9 assorted fish to my 8 this is a total that has come under some debate, to which i have to possibly concede i did drop a few fish that i should have been a bit more attentive to,, but thats the way things rolled today.. it was not a bad day.. Gentleman's hours for sure...
We did not start fishing until about 11:00am.... then fished through until about 3:30pm
I used mainly Berkly Gulp while Brad kept on the Paddle tail Squidgies...
we had a very mixed bag of species we caught that included: flounder, whiting, flathead, tailor, pike (it looked like a Barracuda to me) & Bonito no Record Breakers But not too bad i thought for a few hours,, we only threw plastics at likely spots,, pretty much every spot we stopped at had fish, not too bad for a little session on the coast... We are deciding now weather to hit the water again tomorrow...
here are a few pictures from today in no particular order

Well Brad told me that Bonito was great eating,,,
I thought Brad are you pulling my entire Larriot or what....
So after some debate.... i decided to give it a go...
and bugger me dead.. i don't know if it was my expert cooking or the bonito... but i would have to say it was exceptionally sensational...
I made Salt & Vinegar Fish,, Check out the pic...

Hi back-cast, thanks for the entertaining write-up and pics; got to say your mate Drifter's hat is a real fashion statement!! The photo of him holding the flattie is a classic.
