Just realised I'd forgotten to post this report from a couple of months ago. We had some fantastic weather frorecasted so we decided it was time we did that remote trip we'd been planning for some time. With all the jigging and popping gear, food, sleeping gear, beer and other cr.p ready to go we set off on glassy calm seas for the long trip over to an area near Monte Bello Islands. When we got there we were literally blown away by the size of the area and the fishing options available. It was our first time there so we spent heaps of time doing recon work and trying to suss out the joint. Over the next couple of days we caught heaps of fish, here are some highlights.
