Alright for you 6'+ blokes...I'd have to stand on a bl..dy milk crate..Much better on th glass table outside, tend to slide around a bit tho. Easyclean up.. just hit her with the hose and a quick wipe with th teatowel.

i always fillet them at sea, wipe the fish off as much as you can with a rag, fillet them, leave the skin on of course, place flesh to flesh, then put em in large snap lock bags, push as much air out of the bags before sealing them.
Just have to wipe the fillets again when home with paper towell and can vac seal and freeze or skin and eat, never had a problem. Long as you get em on the ice pretty quick out at sea.
Usually catch a few then stop for a bit to fillet and pack in esky so they are good, don't get all sorts of blood and slime in esky then on the beer and food. Also less bulk of fish to cool down!
Just my way of doing it though, have had no probs so far even with the big Jew, just have to put those fillets in larger bags
Usually just trunk the macks though and fillet at home, they tend to keep better that way.
Also i always make sure i move away from the area i am fishing before throwing the carcasses over and attracting toothy critters!!!

Cleaning fish of course..I'm not sure Mrs OF would be impressed with a bit of the other amongst the fish guts and scales..reckon ther might be a couple of 'sweetbreads' removed along with th fillets. Interesting thought tho.
