For you info You need to buy and transport them individually to avoid the $1000 mark or you will attract import duty tax.

Have to buy a minimum of five so will be stung for GsT and import duty. $440 includes GsT and duties plus a bit for currency conversion costs. The only thing that should change the price would be if there is a major change in the us$ to au$ rate

Can you get them to Invoice them Individally and freight them that way also? Just a thought

Nope, I think it is better to spend $80 so ya don't have to worry about the tax man.

If any body wants one I will be ordering mine on the 20th July. I will be getting the tent without changing room.
Tent delivered to Katherine is $600 or delivered to Brisbane is $440 and I can have them dropped at a deppo in bris if people
Want to sort there own freight.

The tents are being picked up tomorrow and the total cost ended up being $503 per tent. The freight company was a nightmare to deal with and if anybody else wants to buy some tents I suggest sorting out your own freight.

Got the tents today. The boxes looked fairly damaged however the tents look fine, mine has a little rust mark but that's it. Total cost including freight ended up being $618 so not quite as cheap as I hoped but I am still very happy with the price

They look to be well made and the mattress appears to be comfy enough, certainly craploads better then my swag anyway

You guys obviously pulled this one off. Is there a chance there is one in Darwin i can come and look at. Anyones thoughts on mounting it on a 6x4 4wd trailer To make a camper trailer setup...

Nice work sheps. Currently in Brisbane and will be driving back to Darwin around the 7thJan. Would be keen to have a look as we pass through however the missus will have home clearly in her sights and Katherine will be a p..s and fuel stop at the absolute most....I'll get round there some time soon.
