No love there.

Anyone know how to build one? Nothing fancy, just weld some rollers and a winch onto my arb rack. Looking to offload some tax return.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Put the rollers on the roof rack like you say and one on the top bar of the bullbar angled out at 45 degrees, pull the winch cable out and over your car....easy.
