Went for a spin to Shoal Bay today with fellow member wadeqld'r. headed over to the Howard and drifted up with the tide. Started off well with wade landing 2 nice fish

. up the top there was barra boofing on bait everywhere never seen it like that, some big fish as well. After a while I ended up getting 2 as well. slowed down when the run started again headed to the mouth not much happening so headed back up top which was a good move. Ended up with 15 fish for the day so we were petty stoked.

Great stuff mate, even better casting. The electric the key you reckon, I am thinking of getting one? Or were they just feeding well.

Well done! When I saw the tides I new spot 6 would go off, pity I had to work. Haven't done a trip out there this runoff, doesn't look like I'll get a chance to either

. Were there many boats out there?

That was a great day out in Shoal bay Ibbsy, photos turned out well. I'm really liking the classic "bling"(thanks Trent). To top it all off it was good to get that double hook up.

My Dad still cant believe we were throwing 70cm+ back in the water to fight another day.

Electric helps mainly used it to stop crashing just drifted with the tide worth having but use it all the time. They had stopped feeding but were still hitting lures.
