G'day fishos

So first ever post on fishing in the forums, lets see how we go.

Me n the old boy took out the boat on Saturday morning to fish the low and incoming over in west arm. Had a bit of a bumpy ride over there thanks to a 10 knot wind. Once into the arm itself we were well protected from the elements. Worked the flats for the low, tones of salmon smashing jelly prawns but showed no interest in whatever we through at them. small bombers/classics and DOA Terror eyz and shimp all with no results. it was frustrating as being able to see 3 to 4 all working the same patch and not getting a look in. but thats fishing isnt it.

however, the day wasnt all lost, when the tide turned and was just below the mangrove live we got a couple small barra (no pics unfortunately).

will have to just try harder next time i guess.
