First Barra :) : NT Barra

Hey all,

Im pretty new to the territory (oct last year), but today caught my first wild barra... had caught one or two farmed ones, which were great practice, but have now got 2 today.... a 60 and a 55cm (thank goodness, didnt wanna throw him back!!) Got a few tarpon too, but threw em back!!

Now they are my dinner for the next few days and the mrs is pleased... happy days

You will never forget your first Wild Barramundi capture. Now unfortunatley as Nomad stated it's all about chasing new PB's and that illusive Meter plus barra

It's highly addictive and expensive :lol:

Yeah
BUT never think about the cost of fishing.
We all know you would be better off financially to eat at a 5 star restaurant every night than to chase them
