Well after geting some flack for not posting fishing reports here is one..

Thursday.. drove to Jabiru... no culverts worth a flick...
Friday.. fished the south with an old mate.. 1 rat for me.. 3 for him and some bearded barra too... kids loved it but.
Saturday fished the harbour.... got a 60cm, 40cm and a big fat 81cm. ate the 2 leagal ones. :chef2:

Thanks to the guys I went with..

Thats my fishing for January done and dusted..

So far you seem to have fished about 100% more times than I did this year.

Great report Paul, and a better January than mine so far ... two bream and one flathead ... although I did get some big arrow squid :cheers:

The kids aren't complaining about the fishing but we are sick of eating calamari rings :drinking7:

Top stuff mate. Lots of miles and then the harbour goes and does that - top fishing. Glad you got out.

Next trip is snapper fishing off port Mac in SA..

PS: I've been meaning to drop the sounder back, just haven’t got round to it with my nephew and daughter visiting and all. A little six pack of Crownies (just in case you hop back on the wagon) will accompany. :cheers:
