fishing at avoca : NSW

During the school holidays mum and dad both had some time off work so we planned a trip down to avoca beach. When we arived we went for a swim. The water was so cold that it wasent funny :shock:

The next day we went fishing for black fish with my uncle to my surprise nothing not even a bite. Friday we went out fishing again. We got two black fish. Later on in the evening we went fishing for tailor. I got a travally and a dart fish nothing good but it was a fish :smile:

. Saturday we spent all day at the beach :surf:

which was great that the cold current had gone :grin:

Went fishing for black fish on sunday and i caught my first blackfish which i was so happy. all up we got 7 for the day. went out fishing for tailor again. Had a few bites and then i had a run with a jewie who busted the line :banghead:

but right on dark i hooked and landed my first tailor :grin:

Headed out blackfishing again i caught another two dad got one and mum got one. back out for the last night fish i got one bream.

It was a great holiday and i had heaps of fun

well done daniel, great to see some different species caught besides what we have up here. im glad you got amongst them and caught some fish you hadnt got before, top stuff :mrgreen:

Well done danial. I still remember catching my first "feed" of flathead from the Enterance just under the bridge. :mrgreen:
