Well after much nagging i took the wife out fishing yesterday and lucky i did as i couldnt raise a scale tell lunch time missus pagey however managed five nice macks three around 10kgs and two smaller that were released. I then mentioned that it would be nice to finish the day with a sail or something as there have been a few caught in the area were we were fishing. Well i had only just fisnished saying it when yes you guessed it the wifes rod starts screaming we caught two glimpses of its arial displays but then it was gone due to a failed wire trace. alll in all a good day out fishing.

but the mac's will go well on the BBQ.

Looks like the wind was down at last as well??? did you try any bottom fishing?

As for the missus out fishing you.....A few blokes I spoke to over here reckon she ALWAYS out fishes you :rofl:

nah didnt bottom bash as i left the squid in the freezer one of those 5am leave home tired mistakes. yeah the last month or so has been great weather although as usual when its good your busy. the monsoonal weather has kicked in now and the forcast is windy for the next week the only bonus is thats its from the opposite direction than the rest of the year :banghead:

. as for the missus out fishing me thats why she only gets the invite every now and then :mrgreen:
