dont fish the fitzroy much usally stick to corraman creek as we have a house at keppel sands, but not many fish in there,,,, heaps of crabs but!!!!

have to keep an eye out for you on the water. did you end up getting a FFF sticker for ya boat??

Harmsey, both were caught down past devils elbow. I did end up getting my FFF sticker. Went down to coorraman creek last week dead as fish wise so we thought we'd give the fitsroy a go. It was 0 deg on the water and blowing as well.

Very nice fish they do get bl..dy big i have seen them in bara nets to 1.7 and up near the 40 kg mark i would love to hook one of them.

They would have to be the best tasting fish Ive ever had and Ive still got another five or six bags left. I think they are better than Barra , the bigger the taster they are.
