He posts them with a photo hosting site like photo bucket image shack there's plenty out there I haven't noticed much quality lost in pics I think sheeby are just really good quality ??

I use photobucket. You can upload heaps of pics onto photobucket at once and each image will have a code beneath it along the lines of [IMG]blahblahblah123[IMG]. Copy and paste the code from each image to where you want it in your post.
