Tell no one. Blindfold your next lot of divers as well. Darwin and the NT has the best fishing available in Australia, indeed the world, mainly because there are places like you have described here and we know they are there, just don't know where. Not all of us know the best spots, but we know they are out there. A lot of fishing is actioned with the thought that there are secret spots out there that hold fishing opportunities that we all dream of, and once we discover them we have the jackpot. If you have one, and have kept it for 25 years, keep it for 25 more. This is what we all want to find for ourselves, and we will keep them secret if we find them, so keep yours that way as well. We fishermen understand and applaud the concept. It's what successful fishermen do and us plebs dream off!

Be good to hear from you how the fishing has changed on it over the last 25 years.
If you're the only one that fishes it and the reefies are gone, it doesn't say much for the rest of the harbour.
If it's a grave site might be good to let the relies know,l otherwise keep it to yourself.

I'm not into law though I know there is an Historic Shipwrecks Act 1976 that has a whole heap of guff in it and mentions stuff about the reporting of all shipwreck discoveries in Aust waters. Perhaps some one out there that is into law could possibly shed more light on the subject?
