better eating if they are bled before they are iced, they have a thick fillet and if you thin them down they can be cooked up a treat
there a great fish too catch and not bad on the tooth

Cheers, got one last night that didn't release so yea like all my fish bled it out processed it and packed it away. Blood looked a bit dif to most fish i thought, but it was dark Now i know a few people have eaten em i'll give it a crack!

If you've caught it out west here mate you're as safe as houses, like Dodgy says the big ones can get a little dry but still fine table fare.
By the way bl..dy nice fish real good fun at that size.

I'm still kickin!! Tasted good even for it's size, was actually suprised. So not only did it bl..dy rip on the line she ate well! Sweet! Yea got few fillets of it CB and sum R/E fillets i'll bring back for ya! On our way to the Montebello Isles so as long as weather plays the game could be an interesting morning!!

feed some to a cat it is suppose to be lethal on them if it's alive the next day then have a feed if not get another cat and keep feeding and replacing the cat until the fish is gone then go catch another chinamen and repeat the process.
