Saturady sunrise on the Adelaide : Freshwater Fishing Trip Reports

Hit the Adelaide river over the weekend, with my old man up from QLD.

Saturday – 7 Barra landed – 5 Lost on the jump. (all high 50’s to mid 60’s – they all seem to be around this size)
Sunday – Back for round 2 – 4 Landed – 1 Lost on the jump.

The fishing was a little slow compared to weeks prior but still not to bad.

All up 11 fish landed – 6 lost. Not bad for 4 hours of fishing (2 hours each day)
The old man was pretty happy with the fishing.

Have attached a picture of the sunrise on Saturday for you to enjoy.

No pics of the Fish (not for on here anyway).
The Adelaide is to close to home to reveal any locations. (get out there and have a crack - and find your own spots.)

What is the ramp like to launch and retrieve on a low tide like Saturday's?

muddy - about 2 or 3 meters below where the ramp side walls end.

i think we are.ive just noticed that we have a siimilar amount of post !!!

yeah no relation - but have noticed some scary simalarites.

both drive a little 3.7m tinny with a 15hp 2 stroke.
no gps or depth sounder. just a boat motor and seat. (on mine not sure about yours.)

about the same amount of posts. about the same name as well.

my mates always get me confussed with barra mick on here.

i swear the more remote the location the more intensely mesmerising the sun set and sun rise, am i right?

no pics of fish cause you can see where i am in the river.
