My brother and a couple of FORMER good mates headed out to the East Alligator over Easter, i didn't crack it for an invite by the way. :fu:

This will be remembered boys............

They couldn't ring me quick enough on Friday morning to tell me they'd scored 9 barra from the South Alligator culvert on the way to the East to 85cm, but the 3m croc there jumped at the last one and almost ended up on the crossing with them so they decided to push on and leave them biting.

They negotiated the Magela crossing easy, apparently Shaunies 80 series and 8 inches of lift didn't even see the water come over the bonnet. :mrgreen:

Well, I proceeded to get text messages and drunken calls from Magela creek to 5.00am, when I left for the South on my own.. :clap:

, but 4.44am on Easter Saturday morning will go down in my brothers diary as his greatest achievement, when he pulled in a 114cm barra on one of MY lures he stole............ :fubird:

The boys had a nice comfortable night as you can see in the pics, :shock:

drunk 60 cans amongst the 2 drinkers, and rubbed it all in on Saturday evening when we run into them at the South Alligator Resort. They caught over 100 barra for the 2 days and 1 night, and these blokes can't fish for S%^T !!!!!!

Must have been good going, cause I heard they did it all again easter monday for another night, biggest then was 104. No photos of that one yet. :cheers:

Oh, and once again, no invite.........no worries boys, I guess i'll have to find another crew for my Tiwi Islands and Flat Top Bank trips from now on............ :fu:
