Hey guys i dont usually do much on this site but i plan to do more..enjoy the pic of my first ever barra!

caught it on an old curado 200 with 20lb braid and a 6-10kg shimano jewel. the little threadline belonged to some locals that were fishing next to me and giving me tips! they were smashing them on 8-10lb braid on 2500 reels, 2-4kg rods and 15lb leader!

Your first barra and a meter plus, that would have to be sum sorta record, i dont know anyone who,s caught a barra that size for a first fish... MAZING EFFORT good on yu mate... Still havnt landed my metery yet:( .......... SO now im off to scream into my pillow .....

Hey Mate... If you haven't already worked it out send the PM to "Matt Flynn" who is the administrator of the site. Sounds like you might be trying to find something else that doesn't exist..? He has written in the chat box (shout bar) at the top of the home page recently and his user name comes up in red. Just click on his name and go from there...
