Old man had one like that Ron, used to use it at Trigg for tailor, think it might be a real early Halco, they started off in Freo, seen few oddball prototypes that never hit the market. Post on Lurelovers, someone's bound to recognise it.

Here try this one.
Its fixed including the treble sticking out the back. There are hook points for 2 more trebles on the sides if u want them.
Its a split lure with a stainless steel shim/skirt between the bottom and top sections ending in 2 upswept wings. As the lure travels thru the water the "wings" cause the whole lure to spin on the front swivel.

Traditional fizzer??
Not the smooth low maintenance lines of this masterpiece.
Good quality fencing wire, computer-aided design for the prop, hydraulic streamling assisted by multiple flat audio panels all meticulously shaped and angled.
Highest quality slver-frost (would have to be to have lasted this long) along with the latest technological advancement " the trailing sonic attractor" (the bits of wire hanging out the bacK).
Can be used to catch fish or trolled past a competitor to cause his sounder to overload.
