Yes, this is the first lure that I would have named as the N. Edwards, for the eye and the body shape. But the strip on the lures are a bit different than on what we usually see on a N. Edwards. Often they have the strips going opposit way of what we usually see on lures by other maker. So if this is the N.Edwards, that wold make it a very nice one...
Is this lot one of yours Cuddlescooper? (In the photo on your post). The pink and white, look a bit like an old Killalure, or maybe a Reidy's? Or any thing else, I am terrible at recognising lures...
Have a good day, Pecheur

Second pic first 2 lures are Norm Edwards. First lure maybe a protype but it has his signature in same place on the tummy. First pic.... old wooden Barra King, very popular in its day. Then two Abu Hi Lo's which were the lure of choice in Corrob before the spearhead. After nearly every hit you would have adjust the bib back to the mandatory 2 clicks down. Second pic, last 2 lures have Greg Williams ? written on them. Third pic...yes first lure is old Leads with writing under bib. third down looks like an early Chris Hurt and fifth down has writing on it XCITER no 66? Yes last pic first lure is old Rapala. Abu Killers in this style were also one of the first lures available at the time.

yes pech, I did a clean out of the spare room and found bundles of lures that I no longer use or want so plan on selling them off. Have bagged them into lots and will post them up at a later date.
And im pretty certain that the pink and white lure was made by a guy in Cairns that I used to live next door to when I was a kid (could be wrong). I have since seen a couple of others that look a like but cant find a name or brand.

The yellow and black striped lure is deffinatly a "EDWARDS" from the signature on the bottom. If you look close Pechuer the stripes change angles down the body of the lure so they fan out like rays of sunshine.

Some great lure there. I've become more and more interested in the older wooden lures, and these have caused me to look into my older tackle box for the early ones.

Hi Cuddlescooper,
Yes your is definitively a N.Edwards, this was clearly visible in the first photo that you posted of it, as it is a "relatively common" colour and general shape for them.
The one I was writing about to with the strip in a surprising way for and Edwards was the second lure in the second photo. It had the eye end the bib, and the shape of one, but the strip where some that I had never seen yet on one of them. The first one on the second photo, on the opposite has the strips in a more "traditional" way for and Edwards, but I had never seen one with such a long bib, and I could not see any eye on it to have a look at.
But hey, more than 90% of the time I am wrong when it comes to ID a lure... Any way.
