Shady worth a crack? : Landbased Fishing

Thinkin about makin a trip out to the barrage this week sometime i was wondering if it was worth it with the weather heating up? I know the single hook rule applies for where i am thinking of fishing so no issue there (except maybe for the crocs) so any ideas? Heard a report that one of my mates friends landed a 70cm out there recently so thought it might be worth a shot.

Been good at night on 7 plus metre tides,dont know about during the day,usually pretty quiet
at the barrage daytime.

everytime i have been the tides have been springs and yes it does shut down in the day but mainly when it is low at lunchtime i find it fishes really well with any type of SP with glitter or lumo
