Hi All,
New here, I hail from South East Queensland where I mainly chase Bass and Power Tails in Lake Wivenhoe. I make the odd trip north the the "barra lakes" chasing swamp dogs, and have been to Darwin a couple of time fishing with Matt and Kristie. Anyway, Pam and I have had two trips to Baia in the last two years so I thought I'd share some piccies with you.
A 20lb Spot Tail Bass taken on a Skitter Pop in the Pandi River
Live bait in the Langalanga river.
Pam's 10lb Black Bass
Pam with a 12lb Spot
By catch in the Pandi River

Hi Mate,
I'm in Lowood, sorta between Ipswich and Toowoomba. I can see the Wivenhoe Dam wall from my house and surprisingly, I fish it the most. Also have the Brisbane River at my doorstep which has some pretty good Bass, Mary River Cod, Saratoga and Powertails.

Awsome Pics, Thats some big livebait
Jackie was about a kilo. They make good live baits for Black Bass because they go into the snags to hide. The trevally swim out to the middle of the river and head for the ocean. We didn't land one on Livies, but that Jack went for a swim and was jacknapped by a big Black. It was very exciting for a couple of seconds and the reason I'll be heading back next year!
