I'm goin helifishing Tuesday with Nautilus, anyone else been with them? Is there anything I should or shouldn't bring with me? Is their gear any good? At this stage I'm planning on taking my own combo. It's a chronarch on a Loomis 6' 10-20lb. Just had reel serviced and re-spooled with 30lb suffix. Not sure if that's a waste of time but I've left my gear at home on other charters etc and regretted it later. Any tips appreciated.
Cheers

Re: Helifishing
Suggest you call and ask them. Even if it is good gear, a top-notch reel that is not maintained could ruin your day.
Can always take your gear to the office or take-off point and make a decision there. They will have somewhere you can leave it if needed.

Re: Helifishing
Been twice, could not recommend it highly enough. Got my PB of 86 on the first trip. But it really is much more than fishing. As a showcase for the NT, it doesn't get any better. Their gear is buy no means top shelf however it is well maintained and, as Matt mentioned, that is probably more valuable than anything.
