Whats your favourite tides & why for shady,personally I prefer the neaps & it helps if the wind stays away mainly for water clarity but a lot of biguns get caught on large tides too :cheers:

Had good results there during both tides but then you have to mix up your fishing techniques for different tides. I'm saying that I have not fished there
Alot but when I have it's been pretty kind to me. Still yet so see Tommy cut or any of the other creeks for that matter.

I have found big tides are good particularly when the floods receed a bit. When the water starts moving up[ the river the bait and barra move with it. I have found that with this amount of water the fish will still be at the mouth or out the front but it is about to change, things may go a little bit quiet at moment. In about 2 wks the tides will start to push up and the fun begins.

Coastal creeks on big tides and out the front on neaps when the rivers are in flood.

Cast the springs....troll the neaps. I hate trolling so Springs it is. =)
