Hey Yorky, I thought you guys didnt have time to fish... Try the rocks behind and under the Nightcliff pool. I know a young fella who regularly pulls good fish, mainly barra (legal size+) from there. Try a high tide at sunrise for best results. Its one of few places that fishes well on high tide.
Paul,

I used to do alright from the rocks right beside the ramp ( especially the ones on the left looking down the ramp) As the tide sort of first hit the rocks and rises. Used a gold bomber and squidgies to good effect. I got a few bream in the dry off the man made rock wall as well.

My memory of those rocks left the ramp as a kid, is scats and lots of em, small breams, cods and spanish flags. The island that appears on the low further out used to be good for decent sized parrots and alot of pan sized reefies, but snag after snags. Just be aware that it is like an island when the tide heads in, so don't leave it to late to come back.
