Dismal is being to kind....................poop whould be a better description. I reckon I am operating on a bout 50km a fish at the moment. Could try the Adelaide but fishing in amongst all those boats is giving me nightmares.

The trips in the boat have been good but the culvert bashing attacks has been dismal to say the least

I have only been twice and traveled stuff all. 2 trips to the Adelaide, one good one, one bad one. Off to the Finniss this weekend, and in two weeks I have the week off and a week of fishing planned, I have a 3 days at Shady, and the rest who knows, I am just not quite sure where to yet.

Ghound
thanks Mate.
2rods has been kind enough to lend me his tinny so we will start with that and see how we go. I never need my arm twisted to hit the South.

I have had a bit of success landbased, only been out in the boat a few times but usually got a few fish. Except the 3 trips to adelaide river. bl..dy nothing there.
Shady has been kind to me.

Did a 4 night stint out on Melville island last week. I got no barra. We got 7 barra between 10 of us.. Awesome place, awesome food. Worst fising i've ever experienced.. And i'm a Victorian, so i'm used to poor fishing trips!!!!

Good. Plenty of fish from the culverts towards Timber Creek from Kunna's. Been doing OK off Wyndam, not great but OK. I want the rain to stop now so I can get to Channel Point at the end of April. Also looking forward to the Keep River sessions this year cause they will be nothing short of amazing after a wet like this. However, with a wet like this we may not get in there untill it starts to cool off. We shall see!!
