Re: Show us your structure scan pics
Great quality pics Blinky. I have my two transducers side by side without any dramas. Get some great quality images similar to Blinky no dramas. Auto settings with some fine-tuning on the water but not much (simrad). 800kHz setting works better for me in shallow water (under 8m usually).

800 definitely the go for Structurescan, the higher the frequency, the higher the sensitivity, the more detail displayed.

Re: Show us your structure scan pics
Hi there,
Barra in the Daly, not from my scan, as I don't have a boat, but from my camera.
Sorry, but I missed the GPS point in the pic…
Have a good day,
Pecheur
P.S: And no, we could not entice any of them to take a lure…

Here's a shot from a few months ago, quite a few big fish in this one. Managed to convert a few of these fish over a few trips. Fish were all between 85-95cm.

Re: Show us your structure scan pics
Taken Friday week ago on new Garmin GPSMAP 1020xs with GCV10 Side Vu.
This is the HMAS Adelaide 2nm off Avoca Beach on the NSW Central Coast.
Conditions were, 2m swell from the Sth, 1/2m wind chop from the Nth and wind 15 knts from the NNW.
I'm impressed with the clarity, depth in these conditions and the side view spread.

You can see it wasn't calm conditions by the picture distortion and the wave like image . Great image for the depth its working in.

Fantastic pics .
I used to surf Avoca when i was younger and skinnyer,,,
I'm surprised they sunk it in deepish water. 100 feet doeskin give you much bottom time
