G’day all

DGFC will hold it monthly gathering this Tuesday night, April the 1st at the Ski Club, starts at approximately 7.00 pm , no cost involved all welcome. Peter Deinhoff & a few others will be conducting a bait rigging demonstration for anyone interested in learning different techniques each of them use rigging their baits for Billfish, we also hope to have a few Club kits ready for people to have a practice with on the night. In the future we will have them as loan kits for members who want to have a crack at Billies if they don’t have the rigging gear or cash for the initial outlay before they decide they have Billfish addiction.
We would also like to extend an invitation to any FFF members who would like to come down & rig baits to display their techniques, have a beer & or a yak, the more the merrier.
With the Billies already making an appearance at Dundee & the Billfish comp just around the corner it’s a good time to learn the basics or refresh the skills, cheers Balls.

You and DH are doing some great work promoting bill fishing John. One day a doco team will say "The sailfishing industry in the territory owes its existence to pioneers like the legendary DB and DH" lol!

wish I coud get there Balls. Always good meetings...but I had too many children to get away...I blame Shark Girl...

I just need to get a chance to get out there and get some this year Mud it's driving me nuts! :banghead:

I know we all like a good wet but it can leave any time it likes now.
