Muddies at lizzie : crabs

Took the youngest girl out for her birthday at lizzie for a fish and some crabs. Had a good storm get us and only managed 1 barra, crabs on the other hand were out of control. 17 for 4 hours.

Great crabbing so close to home! Great quantity and size so late in the season as well.

Wow, I was just about to put my pots away as we only manage 3 at leaders yesterday.

Damn! Look at all those huge Nippers.
That is some serious successful crabbing.

Where they pretty full?

We got some big boys at Meckitt's Creek recently on those huge tides, lots of Jenny's though, some were pretty empty.
