Well after much research and getting set up fellas here is the safest and easiest way to handle your muddies - these little babies will allow you to pick them up when they back into a corner - out of the net - anywhere in your boat
I have been using these for the last 12 months and it is hands down the best way to handle your crabs. One handle is cut to 13cm to give you an idea of the size of a male crab - the other rubber handle is 14cm for females - remember that they are only a guide - if its close to those sizes you best be chucking them back as i take no responsibility for you getting nabbed for undersize crabs.
PM me if your interested in getting yourself a set - bargain price of $25!! There also at my ebay store if you wanna go through there.

FF - mate the ebay shop address is http://stores.ebay.com.au/doev557?_rdc=1. If your keen it will be cheaper to for me to drop off or for you to pick up rather than me mail them out cos the mail is not cheap due to the size.
DR The rubber handles are cut at 13cm and 14 cm respectively to give you an indicator as per the attached photos mate - sorry i should have put these up before.
