Grabbed the kids and cheese and kisses on Monday morning to go and get a feed of crabs. Got to Buff Creek around 8am to find the line up past the secure parking area. After a quick wonder and spotting 5 or 6 boats sitting on the sand bar and the bottom of the ramp about 450mm out of the water I made the call to head over to Nightcliff ramp. In the water and cruizing across Lee point and into little hope in about 35 mins. Dropped the pots and 10 nice crabs for 1.5 hrs and across the water back to the ramp. A very nice few hours with the family and a couple of crabs for the effort.

Just sink a rum can or 2 for courage, then use your new found lightning reflexes to grab each claw simultaneously and then do as you please with the sea cockroach.
Just keep a bucket of water nearby coz if he does get ya he wont wanna let go. If you put him in the water he should just drop off.
Anyway thats for next time.
