Hey guys.

Well its that time of year. Post your entries for the month of Feb. Please make sure the fishes mouth is as closed as possible and at the end of the matt/sticker.

Well my first entry is a clean 57cm baz from shady camp. Caught on a gold rapala minnow HB. Pics tonight.

Upgraded today with a 65cm model from the south. Thready was meter plus.

Of to shady again tomorrow. Try and upgrade again. Oh and yes mouth was closed on both of them.

Hit the Daly yesterday with a couple of mates. Not as many boats out as I thought maybe due to the ramp being closed. Fished fairly hard all day. Wouldnt say its firing just yet but we didn't catch the tide we wanted, so hard to say. We caught a heap of rats early. They were the darkest bronze fish Ive ever seen. Mate picked up a nice 74cm and I got a 62cm for my biggest so nothing special. Should have camped the night.

The fish in the photos is actually the silverest fish for the day. Shame the silver slappers didn't turn up for us. Good to get back down there but fairly quiet still the river is still very high.

If only I had my camera on friday night.. I picked up a fat 75cm swampy at nourlangie bridge 2 but didnt have a camera to take a pic of it. Dropped quite a bigger fish too, knot failed.. -.-

Oh well might be able to put a good entry in after tomorrow.

90cm at Sampan Mouth. Trolled on a classic 160 in Guns and Roses colour.

UPgrading to a 88cm Barra picked up at Shady camp on a reidys THE JUDGE 125mm i think it is.
