So, it seems that we've had at least one $5000 tagged fish released into our harbour courtesy of the red cans that keep you out there longer :drinking1:

. Anybody got a heads up as to the species??? It's gotta help.

Species would have to be a barra. The vid shows how to remove the tag from a barra & only a small one at that. They have probibly already been eaten by bigger fish. :banghead:

Apparently 7 barra, 2 estuarry cod and 1 Queeny.

Yep thats the downside. I bought a slab last night. Got nothing on the XXXX Gold but I'll give it crack.

I wonder if any of these fish will actually get caught anyway. They need to tag a few more I reckon. In the picture it looks like they tagged an undersized 53cm barra and a nice looking cod.
