Dundee Social and Recreation Club invite all members and the general public to join our annual
Fishing Competition to be held at Dundee Beach.
OFFICIAL BASE: Lodge of Dundee - Dundee Beach
BRIEFING: Thursday evening 8pm 24th July – Lodge of Dundee
(Competitors may sign on during the evening)
SIGN ON: 6am to 10am Friday
6am to 9am Saturday
WEIGH-IN Friday 5pm to7pm
WEIGH-IN Saturday 3pm to 5pm (Scales down at 5pm SHARP)
All Fish are to be presented for weigh in prior to 5pm on Saturday. No further weigh in
will be carried out on fish presented after this time. To avoid delays and disappointment
please ensure you are at the weigh-in station in sufficient time.
The Presentation Dinner will be held at The Resort, Namarada Drive, commencing at 7pm
Saturday 26th July.
ANSA Rules apply – Division 1 – Sport Fishing; Rigs may be checked at random.
Separate prize pool for Unlimited (Rod and Reel i.e. not Division 1) Land Based, Hand-line

Only two (2) fish per species per angler per day can be weighed in for all prize pools.
Maximum four (4) anglers per team (All team members must fish from the same boat).
Each fish can only be accepted in one division to be nominated by the competitor.
All fish to be weighed in an EDIBLE condition must exceed 400mm except Barramundi at 550mm. All
fish are to be GUTTED & GILLED except for potential record claim fish. Fish must weigh line class to
be eligible - except hand-line, unlimited tackle, and land based anglers.
Each team member is required to log-on in person. Entry forms will be accepted on Thursday evening
during briefing. Fishing will not commence before 7am Friday.
Actual captor must weigh in fish.
No Sharks, Rays, Powertail or Eels. No Snapper winches permitted
All Billfish tag & release (witness boat or photos may be required) must radio in and record time of
capture. Billfish entered as one category only (separate prize pool for first fish caught only)
Radio frequencies are as follows: VHF72 and 27 meg-91.
The Dundee Tractor service is available at a fee to put your boat in and out at the ramp.
The Dundee Social and Recreation Club Committee decisions are final.
Sponsor prizes are Non-exchangeable.
